This Shared Healing ExperienceTM enables patient/s and therapist to meet and talk in real time. It also enables the users to:

Talk live via voice and text at every Website
Send instant messages and files
Make free voice calls worldwide
Read and post notes in Website Info Centers
Lead and follow Web Tours

However, the key feature for e-health is the possibility for the therapist to set-up a WEB TOUR:

Web Tours enables a “tour leader” (usually the therapist) to control the browsers of other users (usually the patient/s - yes, more patients are allowed for group therapy) in order to share and discuss about the same 3D Healing ExperienceTM, or just explore the Web in good company. Tour participants are automatically taken wherever the leader goes on the Web, and they can talk about each site while viewing it.

Note: Other operating systems, such as Macintosh and Linux, are currently not supported.

Should you having trouble connecting to Firetalk, check the current server status by selecting Firetalk Service Status from the Help menu or the Support pages. A web page will display detailing any recent Firetalk Outages/History. The Server Status page is updated in real-time.
